OBERPOLLINGER GRAND OPENING 2018

On the evening of 12 September 2018, Oberpollinger celebrated the opening of its new ground floor, redesigned according to the plans of the English architect John Pawson.

Passing the windows designed by Munich-based artist Sarah Illenberger, more than 1,200 invited guests entered the new 4,500 m² department for beauty, accessories and jewellery at the highest level.

Alongside ambassadors of international brands, many well-known friends of Oberpollinger celebrated that evening, among them Victoria Swarovski, Christiane Arp, André Hamann, August Wittgenstein, Julia Malik, Katja Eichinger, John Pawson, Alessandra Meyer-Wölden, Nina Schwichtenberg, Sara Nuru and Nadine Warmuth.

Jérôme Boateng was also among the guests; his eyewear designs are now available exclusively at Oberpollinger’s concept store “The Storey”.
