On April 1, 2025, an exclusive Family & Friends dinner took place at Chang Restaurant to celebrate the opening of the Chang Pop-Up Restaurant at Forte Village in Sardinia, which will open its doors in July 2025.
Lorenzo Giannuzzi and Prof. Dr. h.c. Nike Schröder from Forte Village warmly welcomed the invited guests. Following a stylish champagne reception, top chef Giang served an exquisite five-course menu featuring refined delicacies.
Among the guests were not only members of the press but also renowned personalities such as Miroslav Klose and his wife Sylwia, Kinga Mathe, Thorsten Fink, Anja Countess von Keyserlingk, Tommy Ohrner and his girlfriend Anne Arnholdt, as well as Sunny and Florian Randlkofer.
